Game Theory for IT and Business Management – London March 2010 (Event fully booked – to be repeated in September 2010)

Martin Butler will be presenting at a single event in London March 2010. He will present methods and frameworks that enable senior IT professionals to deal effectively with IT strategy, organisational issues and various biases that affect IT investment processes. This is no theoretical approach, but deals with some very thorny issues that constantly undermine IT strategy and deployment in many organisations. The methods that are used are derived from game theory, a technique that is seeing increasing adoption in many organisations.
